I am doing an altered boo...This sounds really good. I am doing an altered book with cutouts. I have used clear gesso to strengthen the pages - it was very soft paper in an older book. I have an idea that I want colour to show through the cut outs, but didn't really want fabric because you still have to look at the back side when you turn the page.
